The Genesis
All Natural Shave started when my brother had a recurrence of melanoma. That was when I decided to pay more attention to the things I was putting on my skin including my shave soap, pre-shave oil, after shave, and cologne – all of my shaving supplies.
My thinking went like this, shaving inevitably results in the occasional nick. What ever chemicals I put on my skin is not only being absorbed through my skin, but could potentially enter my body through a small cut or abrasion.
Seeking A Solution
I searched around for organic shaving supplies, but quickly realized there just wasn’t much out there and what I did find seemed overpriced.
I started by replacing my pre-shave oil with an organic, fragrance free formulation of my own. After many so-so attempts, I eventually landed on a mixture that worked better than anything I had ever bought. From that point I was hooked. Shave oil, Beard Oil, Bath Soap, and Shave Soap all followed as the obsession quickly grabbed hold.
The Goal
Our goal is to produce the highest quality, natural and organic artisan shaving supplies available anywhere. We know it will be difficult, and we look forward to overcoming many challenges. Basically, we’re obsessed with quality.
